The latest addition to Third Encore's growing list of facilities and services is our 3E Annex Studios, which are six separate rehearsal complexes in Los Angeles and Orange County. Three are located in North Hollywood and two are in Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys, minutes from the 405 and 101 freeway.
Our newest addition is a 28 studio complex in Orange County (Anaheim). For more details call Chad Wanke our Regional Manager for OC at 714-606-1973.
These special facilities fill a very particular niche; the 24-hour, month-to-month lockout. This means that you keep the key to your own private studio and can access it 24/7. And our various-sized rooms are designed to accomodate a variety of situations; full bands, drummers and even production room/Pro Tools set-ups.

Drum rooms start at $350. Band rooms start at
$550.
Dimensions:
Rooms range in size from 17' X 20', on down to 8' X 8'. Most have 14ft.
